  1)座與進(jìn)餐。此時(shí)應(yīng)聽從主人的安排,如鄰座是年長者或婦女,應(yīng)主動協(xié)助 他們?nèi)胱H〔藭r(shí),自己食盤內(nèi)不要盛得太多,如遇本人不能吃或不喜歡的 菜,服務(wù)員上菜或主人勸菜時(shí),不要拒絕,可取少量放在盤內(nèi),并及時(shí)致謝。對不合口味的菜,切勿露出難堪的'表情。吃東西時(shí)不要發(fā)出聲音,要閉嘴嚼,魚刺、骨頭、硬殼等,不要直接外吐,應(yīng)用筷子取出,(西餐時(shí),吐在叉上)然后放在骨盤內(nèi),不要放在桌上。用過的牙簽等細(xì)小物品最后也都應(yīng)放進(jìn)食盤里面。

  2)交談。無論主人還是客人,都應(yīng)積極參與同桌人的交談,特別是左右鄰座。 不能僅同熟人或只同一兩人交談。鄰座如不相識。可先作自我介紹。

  3)祝酒。祝酒時(shí)不要交叉碰杯。在主人和主賓致辭、祝酒時(shí),其他人應(yīng)暫停進(jìn) 外,停止交談并注意傾聽。碰杯時(shí),目光要正對對方以表誠意。另外,主人為了便于工作和進(jìn)食,還常常采用自助餐的形式來招待客人,吃自助餐時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下禮儀:進(jìn)餐廳后,先看一圈,對菜點(diǎn)的擺布和服務(wù)設(shè)施有個(gè)了解,這樣取菜時(shí)可做到心中有數(shù)。每種菜點(diǎn)取用時(shí)都不要貪多,特別是大家都愛吃的東西更如此,寧可吃完后再取,也勿取滿滿一盤讓人笑話,甚至吃不下造成浪費(fèi)。取菜時(shí)要有秩序,順序排隊(duì)取,不要擠在一起取菜。

  人多時(shí)可禮貌地在一旁等一會兒。取菜點(diǎn)時(shí)要依菜點(diǎn) 原來擺放的樣子順序取,不要在盤中翻來找去,這樣既不美觀,又不禮貌。熱菜、 冷食要分開放入自己盤中,切勿堆成一團(tuán)。取到自己盤在的菜點(diǎn),即使不愛吃,也絕不能再倒回去,可剩在盤中,放在邊桌上,待服務(wù)員取走。盡量做到吃什么取什么,吃多少取多少,不夠再取,避免浪費(fèi)。如不小心取多了菜點(diǎn)而沒吃完,可待服務(wù)員收盤時(shí)道聲 對不起 。
